Prices We retain the right to make adjustments to the pricing on this site to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties. Or if due to an error omission, the price published for the goods is incorrect regardless of the status of the order. Payment Payment can be made using all major credit cards (American express can be taken over the phone, but not via the website). Shipping And Handling Mainland UK - Delivery quoted is to any single UK mainland address only (excluding Scotland), using a one-man delivery to ground floor locations only.

The majority of our smaller parcel deliveries are handled by Nightfreight and Royal Mail. Fragile or large bulky items are handled by our own teams of drivers and lorries, or by authorised courier. We will arrange delivery by a dedicated delivery vehicle to ensure the products arrive safely and undamaged.
On arrival, all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage or shortage by the customer, or your approved agent at the delivery address given at the time of placing your order. Please take your time and inspect the goods before signing the delivery note. In the unlikely event that you do find any damage or shortage, please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged.
Please open all the boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive. You have 3 days to notify AG Refrigeration of any damage.
If we are not notified of damage within this time, you agree to indemnify AG Refrigeration in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 3 days.
Please do not install your product if it is damaged, as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.

Please ensure that you give us the correct delivery address at the time of ordering your goods, as changing delivery address can cause major logistical problems resulting in time delays. Sometimes even having to recall goods from our carriers back to our warehouse, in order to re-package and re-send them. Changing delivery addresses will in some circumstances be chargeable at £15.00 + VAT to cover administration costs. Delivery Schedule Most items are despatched to the customer within 2-6 working days of your order being received. Where a product is not in stock or is on an extended delivery period, we will email you to advise on an anticipated delivery date.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late or delayed deliveries. Please do not book your electrician or installer before you have received and inspected the goods. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will place a back order for you. You will always be emailed and informed about any delays. You have the option to wait if you are happy to do so, or you have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, the choice is yours. Tax Charges Orders from AG Refrigeration are subject to UK VAT at the current rate. If any item has any faults or manufacturing defects on delivery, it will be replaced at our expense. Changed Your Mind? You may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 7 days after we have delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered the goods, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition as they were delivered. You must return them to us, at your cost.

The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition as delivered, with the original undamaged packaging. You should not write anything on the product packaging as the product will not be in a saleable condition and you will not be refunded.
If you are returning the goods it is recommended that you take out insurance against damage or if the goods go missing. Please ensure you wrap the parcel up in an outer box, this way the display or original box will not get damaged.
If you wish to return the goods more than 7 days after we have delivered them to you, this would be at our discretion and up to a maximum of 30 days. You must not have used the goods and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us, at your cost. There may be an additional administration charge of up to 35% of the purchase price of the goods returned. Please inspect your goods upon arrival.
